Launch in Halifax Pa question

Just came home from a family gathering in Halifax , Pa. The gathering was at the base of a ridge with a launch cut out. It is part of the Weiser state forest. When I looked it up it said the site was controlled by the Blue Ridge Hang Gliding Club. The club has no website I could find. Can anybody fill me in?

Bacil informed me it is Elizabethville, a westerly facing site that he has been flying regularly for the past two years. It is controlled by the Hyner Club.
