Forum Outage

Apologies for the 24 hour forum outage. We're working on upgrading the website in preparation of porting the new wind sensor data to our website, and the PHP update was not compatible with this forum. So we'll do some trouble-shooting. In the interim, the forum will stay up and we'll do more testing before we do the next update.

Turns out that we'll need to upgrade the forum software in conjunction with the install of a new version of php. So there will definitely be a downtime, and I'll coordinate with Jeff. But.... Unlikely it can happen until next week, due to a crunch-time at work. I'll do some prep stuff in the meantime though.

AFAICT, there won't be any amazing new forum features. Maybe better emoji support, and a few tweaks here and there.
