Truck on Pulpit

There is an old truck (with snowplow attached) parked on launch at Pulpit. No plates/no indication this is a club vehicle.

Does anyone know anything about this truck?

Belongs to the friendly neighbor who lives across the street, keeps an eye on the property (vandalism has stopped),lets pilots use his porta potty, and plows the road from rt 30 in to launch. Old beater only good for plowing, private road no plates required, I wouldn't squawk about it. PEACE
