Blue Sky this Sunday?

Anyone looked at XC Skies FC for Blue Sky? Looks unreal, or is it malfunctioning? The buoyancy to Shear is 10! XC possibility is high, however top of usable lift is only 2200 msl. Kind of strange. Updraft is all over 570 fpm.
