Hi Pilots, My name is Evgeni (Eugene) Sirotin. I'm visiting pilot from Bay Area, California. I Will be located in Virginia Beach and hoping to possibly fly
any time in these three weeks.

Experience: In December got my P2 and P3 in June. Since then have ~65 hrs of air time (40 costal/25 thermal ) - I'm comfortable with ridge soaring and mountain launches. Have some experience in flat slope launches - but experience may differ due to lack of vegetation in Cali :D
