Looks like there might be a midday W window at the Pulpit on Sunday. Anyone eyeing the day, in spite of the typical summertime t-storm chances?
(assuming the forecast holds that is.... near-90 temps, which usually spells SW rather than W... guess we'll see)

It looks good to do ridge soaring this afternoon. Anyone interested?

Hmmm, sure looks like a lot of cloud cover in PA on the satellite. Think I'll go for a run and then check back in once the forecast updates are in...

You might be seeing smoke mixed in with those clouds. Flew on Saturday a couple of hours and the smoke was thick obscuring any semblance of a distinct horizon. Rather disorienting! Need a good cold front to clear it out which should happen mid-week.

Satellite pic has improved and the weather stn report looks good. But doesn't sound like there's much pilot interest today...

I was interested but it's getting a little late for me to go. 2 1/2 hours drive.
