Bluesky this week

Post by wmelo »

I went to bluesky this week and flew for 2 days.
1st day was VERY good. I only flew once. This flight was more than 1h long, get a little bit high (3400ft), but had a substandard landing on my wheels.
2nd day was good. I had two short flights (+- 10 min each) but I could thermal a little bit. As you can see in this video, as far as my landings are concerned, there is room for improvement :D

Anyway, it was a good practice. I am getting more used to my new S3.

I am looking forward to flying more from the montains and Bluesky before it gets too hot.

I went back again to BS this week. I had 4 short flights. I was able to thermal well, but thermals were pushing me too far east and I decided to not fly away from the main LZ.

My landings are getting a little bit better: there is still room for improvement :)
