Cherry Blossom Kite Festival March 28

This year's kite fest will be on March 28th.

In the past we've participated in the event. I think this year will be more informal.

If the weather is nice, let's all plan to meet in a specific location. If anyone wants to set up a hang glider and wants parking/loading assistance let me know and I will contact the festival.
