No response for flying here, so I went out for a nice motorcycle ride up on the Skyline drive. It looked like the perfect flying day for Woodstock as I was standing on the Hogback overlook with wind coming in from the NW 10-15. I kept thinking back to the good old days where there would be 4 to 6 people flying Woodstock on a day like this, even on a weekday.

Thanks for the condition report. Sounds like Woodstock was the sweet spot regarding wind.

I heard Nelson flew Raven's Roost, but didn't get up. A few paragliders were there and reported not enough wind to launch and didn't fly. I think the preference for the Roost was location based as it was closer for them.

George and a few other paragliders went to The Pulpit and reported it was launchable, but cross and then got too windy. They launched around 6pm and had magic flights.

Can't wait for Woodstock road to be fixed!
