OT : Forum outage : Sat02Mar to Tue05Mar (or so)

Sorry about the recent forum outage, apparently an upgrade to PHP 7 didn't play nice with the version of phpBB that we're running.

I'll look into an upgrade of phpBB for the forum in the next month or so... We're definitely behind the latest/greatest.

A downtime will be required when that happens, but I'll try to plan for a midweek timeframe, when the impact is less.
