Weatherunderground has a new local weather station listed for 17233 zip, it is located across rt 30 from the launch,if you scroll down from the page to the local weather stations list it is called Tuscarora Summit 1,gives the usual wind speed and other parameters in real time,elevation 2100ft.If you click the webpage link near the top of the page it takes you to an amateur radio club in Bedford. Nice of them to put a station there,help you decide if the drive is worthwhile.
