It was a nice day at the Rock yesterday. The whole family came out with me and enjoyed a beautiful day in the mountains. Also there flying was Brian H. and Bob B. Curt and Eddie showed up late in the afternoon and also flew. Brian was first off at 12:45 and it wasn't quite soarable yet. I was next just before 2:00 and flew about 1:40 with max. gain to 2900' over. Bob spent 3:15 in the air with a significant amount of time playing just under the clouds. Brian also got a nice long soaring flight on his second attempt. We went back up to launch and I flew tandem with my daughter Marieka for about 30 minutes and got to a little more than 500' over in nice evening glass off conditions. Major congratulations to Matt, Bruce and Dan for making the crossing :D
