Work, Camp, and Cook out on Saturday, August 27

Post by mingram »

Peter van Oevelen is leading the charge for a work day at a local site and then a cookout and camping at his place in Woodstock Saturday August 27th. George is installing an outdoor shower for the campsite.

Johnathan Wendland put in a hero's effort to clear Edith's Gap - 8 hours of solo work! I haven't seen it in person, but we may want to do more.

A local at Daniels named Dillon has put a good dent into clearing launch and is planning to do more, so I don't think we need to do any work there.

We could clean-up the Pulpit in preparation for the Fly-In there. As well as Bills Hill, but I need clarification that the Forest Service will allow it and even allow launch given the new insurance.

Who's interested?
