USHPA Regional Director

I'm throwing my hat in the ring for USHPA Region 9 director. I would like to represent the concerns of the CHGPA and of the Blue Sky pilots (where I learned to fly).

About me: My name is Dan Lukaszewicz. I'm an engineer working in northern Virginia and live in Alexandria. I've been flying for 10 years now and fly at Blue Sky almost exclusively during the summer (since Highland closed) and fly the mountains a bit in the spring and fall. I fly a couple of sport class competitions each year to expand my horizons and develop my flying skills.

I want to do whatever I can to increase the safety, viability, and popularity of our sport. I would appreciate your vote.

Our chapter would be well served by having a local pilot representing Region 9. If for no other reason we would not have been taken by surprise with the recent USHPA announcement regarding site insurance. Let's all get out and vote for Mr. Lukaszewicz.
