The Washington Times Article hit the web today, and I expect the newstands as well. I thought she did a good job. My favorite part was the last two paragraphs. :D

Very good article! It's great the writer interviewed all of our local instructors. My only (minor) complaint was the repeated referrals to pilots as "hang gliders." But then everyone who isn't in the sport does that. :)

Good publicity for everyone!

PS - Yes Dave, the last two paragraphs blew the doors off the rest of the article. :D

Fairly good article especially the version in the paper with the pictures showing Linda flying, Marc doing a hang check, and Steven doing a warm-up run with the glider. Would have been nice if they had contact info listing the club and schools web sites. Also, Hugh has quite an imagination seeing the curvature of the earth!

where she got that quote, but it wasn't me. My actual comments were
much more mundane...
