pm message inbox
My inbox is full and I don't know how to delete what's in there --- so I can't get any new messages. How do I delete messages?

Hi Steve,
On the screen that provides a list of your PMs, you will see a check-able box next to each message.
Use it to check a couple messages that you wish to delete.
Then scroll down to the end of the list and there will be little drop-down menu at the lower right, perhaps with the "Mark as read" choice already selected.
Change it to "Delete marked messages", and then hit the Submit button.
I probably have some of the wording wrong, but hopefully it'll be close enough to point the way....
