PG Instruction

Post by mingram »

Mountains can be a difficult place to get airtime for new pilots. For P2s that want to get more airtime and instruction there are a few options. James "Slugger" Coblentz in Shippensburg, PA has a tow rig and can get you more repetition in more mellow morning/evening conditions. He can provide instruction to help with reverse launching and get you ready for the mountains. Join his yahoo group or email him if interested.

There's also Blue Sky in Richmond, VA that does scooter and truck towing. I've done both with PG successfully there, but Steve can be busy on the weekends so you might need to schedule time during the week.
