Absentee voting?

I am in California attending to a serious family matter that will keep me away from my home in Virginia for several months. I will be unable to attend the CHGPA meeting in March. Would the BoD please advise me and the rest of the readers on how we might vote absentee?

I am aware that I have been tardy as usual in paying my club dues. I will assure that they are paid prior to the election.

I have posted the request here so that others in a similar situation may be provided with the same awareness and opportunity.
