The CHGPA Club-Related Affairs forum is intended for topics that involve the operations and responsibilities of the Capital Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association.

For typical day-to-day discussions about flying (Who, When, Where, Flight Reports, etc), please make use of the Flight-Related Topics forum.

Here are some examples of On-Topic issues which are appropriate for this forum:

• CHGPA club meetings : Location, agenda, minutes
• Protocols for flying sites
• Plans for site improvements
• Site preservation and re-opening efforts
• Acquisition of new flying sites (launches and LZs)
• Landowner concerns
• Efforts to expand pilot participation at the CHGPA website or in the CHGPA forums
• CHGPA-sponsored events
• Structure and charter of the CHGPA forums
• General safety discussions that are not associated with a local incident
• Behavior that might threaten a flying site
• Public relations; promotion of our sports

Discussions that do not involve club-related business are Off-Topic, and will be moved elsewhere.

All members of the CHGPA BOD have moderation capabilities for the Club-Related Affairs forum, chief of which is the ability to move an Off-Topic post elsewhere.
