3 Antique Gliders for Sale

Al Hobner called me tonight. He has three antique gliders he'd like to have taken off his hands, or else he's going to trash them. I think he'd like to sell them, but I suspect he'd be ok with giving them away as well (I tried to explain that there's not much demand for a 40 year old hang glider). If you have some garage space, these could be fun to fly off a training hill on a mellow day.

Here's what he has:

1965 UP Comet 165 - black, gold and red. Excellent condition.
1970's Seagull Seahawk 10m - red and black. Woody Jones' old glider. Sorry I don't know who that is, but Al thought people ought to know.

Woody was a iconic legend locally and was a fixture at High Rock and flying sites all up and down the east coast. One of a kind kinda guy. Sorely missed.
