Weekend Flying

Looks like we have a good cluster of folks up for an XC Social weekend next weekend (Aug 18-19) weather permitting, so we'll shoot for that. Matt and I will try and get something semi-organized that is fun and worthwhile. More to follow next week.

As for this weekend, tomorrow looks good for Dickies later in the day, maybe mid-afternoon. And Sunday looks really nice for Pulpit as of now. I plan to try for both, probably camping out overnight at Pulpit on Saturday night. Anybody interested in Saturday at Dickies in addition to Tom and I?

We all got about 15-20 minute extendos at Dickey's today. Funky wind directions at different altitudes made the lift feel lumpy. Tom said he thought he was lee-side from the South.
