Blue Sky Kind of Soggy - Should've Called Ahead

Headed south on MD 5/ US 301 this morning and had a very pleasant chat with Steve Wendt as he paused on his riding mower. Grass grows quickly when you get multiple inches of rain in less than a week. The truck runway is under water at parts, so no towing there today. Not sure about flying there on Sunday - call first before driving down.
Other travel notes of inteterest:
1. Gasoline in Virginia along 301 is $3.39.9 (Sheetz, Wawa, 7-11, Gulf, all match)
2. There will be work on the Nice Bridge 18-21 July
3. There is is paving work along US 301 from US 17 south.
4. Johnny Boy's Ribs , just south of La Plata still has great barbecue worth grabbing on the way home.
