FYI, I've got a box of Fly-In related supplies that Rich B foisted ( :D ) on me last year,
including a gazillion cups, plastic cutlery, table cloths, garbage bags, etc.

If someone is taking on the task of coordinating a cook-out, then I'd be happy to
pass the box along....

Although we're still quite a few days out, conditions for the weekend
are looking promising so far. Not sure about the winds, but at least
the forecasts are calling for sunny conditions on Saturday and Sunday!
Also, looks like we're going to get lucky with Hurricane Igor : it should
still be way out in the Atlantic by this weekend (fingers crossed!).

So... things are a go! The party will be held on-site at The Pulpit on Saturday
night.

amazing dave said i can 'have' the job if no one has already set their heart on it.

as the above post was made on the 13th:
is a table still needed? firewood? - that's a car full of stuff to carry up if not needed.

( is anybody still out there,or has every one disconnected and hit the road? )
