Yesterday I flew with two small point and shoot cameras attached to my outer sprogs that were programmed to take still shots every 30 sec. While going over them last night I realized that I had a set of similar photographs (Kodachrome slides) taken with a camera mounted on the cross bar of my Seagull 10.5 Meter back in late February of 1980 so the two images attached below are several weeks shy of being 3 decades apart. Checkout my custom instrument deck - a pellet vario and standard altimeter hose clamped to a chemistry set test tube holder. My glider bag, bungeed to the keel, is wrapped around car-rack foam pads. I’ll post some of the good ones from yesterday on the 2/4 topic line.
