A pretty good day at Daniels. Jim K, Lazlo, Ellis, Matthew, Karen, Hugh and I all flew paragliders at least once. Matthew and Lazlo probably flew for a couple hours each. I had two flights for about 35 minutes total. The day just got better as the day got later. Pretty typical Daniels pattern.

Fun day at Daniel's. I didn't expect to fly-- went with the plan of spending the afternoon cleaning up the slot since the last time we were there it was an overgrown disaster. Well, someone beat me to the punch! Must've been that bi-wingwal teacher from NY (Dave)-- he's done several clean-ups on his own-- he's a real unsung hero.

So I spent about a half hour doing some finishing touches on slot clean-up and then launched after Hugh, Dan and Karen jumped into the sky. I got 1:20 and 500 over. Could've stayed up till sunset-- but my hands got cold.

Well, it wasn't Dave who cleaned up the slot-- maybe Noah??? Maybe Nelson??? Maybe Joe Schad????? Anyway--- big thanks to the mystery slot clearer!!!!
