Well, I'm sort of telecommuting and puttering at home today (Thursday), having planned to allow an afternoon drive to Hyner. The idea was to avoid being part of the mass of humanity that will be on the road on Friday That would give also me all of Friday for playing at Hyner.
OOOPS.
As of noon, the forecast for Renovo PA shows 70% chance of rain all day today, and 50% most of Friday. Saturday and Sunday the prob drops to 20% and 10%, with west winds (nice).
SO - new plan is to depart DC area mid-day Friday, and hope to reach north central PA after most of the rain options have blown through. Two nights instead of three at Hyner.
Looking forward to seeing lots of folks, flying, and party.
