Taylor Sat 2/21

Post by CraginS »

John M is taking a couple of students to Taylor Farm today. I'm way overdue for being under a wing, and planning to join them.

Come on down!

John brought students Kirk and Chris out for the day. I joined them shortly after noon. Look for both Kirk and Chris in the mountains soon. Winds were primarily from the southeast, and thus cross, but we had enough cycles to fly.
All four of us flew until about 4, when the wind strength picked up. then John got in some bag kiting in the LZ to finish the day.
See my (b)Log for fresh video of Kirk and me (with music, of course).

Hey Craig it was good meeting you. Thanks for posting the video... it's cool to see my launch from a different perspective. Hopefully I'll be ready for the mountains soon, the hill training is fun but more work than I'm used to

Kirk, I live 45 minutes from Taylors. If you would like to meet up some time let me know. I could use the exercise and FL training is always good. I use to pay my kids to haul my harness and helmet back up the hill in the hot summer days. Gene
