I'll be upgrading our forum's software and database structure
to version 3.0.4 of phpBB this weekend. Perhaps tonight, or
perhaps tomorrow, depending on other tasks.

The forum will be disabled during the upgrade, and you will see
an indication of that fact if you happen to access during the
upgrade process.
