Staying in Touch with Dan T

I just had a short instant message chat with Dan Tomlinson over in the Green Zone.
He's doing well and staying safe.
He loved his PG trip to Bulgaria, and "would love to do it again.'
His Internet connection over there is at 56K dial up speed.
He checks his Private Messages here in the CHGPA Forum more often than he checks his personal e-mail, so this would be the better place to send him notes. Still he does not get online daily.

I hope you all are having a great fall flying season. I fly vicariously through your posts on here so keep them coming.

I'm still waiting on getting a copy of Gary Smith's hang gliding video and any others I can get my hand on. I'm working near the embassy now and there are probably over 100 people who would enjoying seeing how we spend our free time. They are all pretty risk tolerant too so we might actually recruit a couple of them! The movie theatre here has bring you own movie nights so I have an opportunity to show them.
