Paragliding "Beach Front" Home

HG and PG colleagues:

This post is made here to assist a fellow flying colleague in Utah who is also Treasurer of the Utah HGPG association (for flying, I also am a member there). As the Point is a flying mecca for many, anyone contemplating a career change, retirement, or change of pace...read on.

Subject: Paragliding "Beach Front" Home

After a long/hard year, I have decided that it is time to sell my home on the North side of the Point of the Mountain. As you all know (if you have flown the North side), it is a very desirable home and best lot in the valley (especially if you are a pilot). The house was built in 2001 as a "bed and breakfast" for paraglider pilots coming into town. It has five bedrooms (two master bedrooms) and 5 full baths (with jetted tubs). It has a separate apartment with walk out to "backyard" launch. It would be a great home for an instructor to run a business out of. Especially for the launching and landing pad in the backyard. This home needs to be sold to a paraglider/hang glider pilot. If anyone is interested, please contact me.

Thanks,
Shawna Pendleton

This give new meaning to owning the house thermal as the property is adjacent to the North Launch. Google map link below – the property is at the 10:00 mark off the cul de sac. I have flown over the house and can attest to the view and location.
