And how about a bum warmer?

5+ hours of warming on one charge. Well, I'm sure that's overly optimistic, but heck it should do well for a 2 hour flight.
One could velcro it to the harness, so it won't fall off at launch or landing.

About cold feet: just do a spiral dive and that should rush all the blood into your feet just fine... :-)

Btw, the cozywinters site also has vests, pants(!!!) and other expensive battery driven bodywarmers, also toe warmers. The toe warmers are a heck of a lot more expensive than what Matthew posted, but they are rechargeable, last longer and have different heat settings. (good candidates for your xmas list?)
