We're optomistic though... Golf carts run for long periods. We go for short bursts. Knock on wood, but I don't expect issues.
Yeah, the quiet is nice, but that's just gravy.
The lack of powerband and absolutely instant and consistent torque are what I like.
I'm just happy to have something too teach with.

Jim's article was cool, then i scrolled down to the article about visiting the wills wing factory. They don't cast their parts like corner brackets...they mill them out of solid chunks of aluminum to assure structural integrity.
