Ok ... this is getting ridiculous ...

Post by Batman »

Every single weekend has been blown out, rained out, etc. You name it .... the weather has absolutely sucked this year. I even had Congressional approval to fly this weekend even thought my Mother-in-Law is in town because I haven't been able to fly the new Wing.

As of Monday morning, Saturday was looking to be a marginally descent Tow-day .... now Rain, Wind, T-Storms, Snow, Dogs & Cats living together, Mass Hysteria.

And now the 10-day forecast shows rain next weekend as well. WTF Over?

10 Day?

Post by Matthew »

Who looks at the 10 day? Not even Bacil looks at the 10 day.

Looking to take a day or afternoon off next week to fly. Sunset is pushing 8pm. Anyone else????

Awwwwww, you are lucky. I have been to Timbuktu and back several times. And I'm heading out to Dakar, Saturday for a week long flight around Africa, again! Throw that into the pile. Maybe if I tried PG, I could probably make it possible at some of my locations. Anyways, I will never give up. I only have 8 months left to work. Woo Hoo.

Lighten up Francis  . Stop yer bellyachin' and making excuses. Where were you January 6th when Woodstock was 60+ degrees and working? Where were you the next weekend when it was cooler yet still working? Remember that there's a 71% chance that the good days are during the week :( . Get up way early and fly the Pulpit around 9AM on Saturday morning before it starts raining  .

Hoping to finish up a work-crunch by Monday/Tuesday
of next week. Once that's out of the way, I'll definitely
be watching for a good spring mid-week day. Count me in!
