I saw it last month when there was an eagle sitting on the eggs. Eggs weren't viable apparently because of the too cold weather (http://www.fws.gov/nctc/cam/NCTCeagles.htm)

Generally speaking, for it to be considered an "eagle cam", there should be eagles. This one would more correctly termed, "former eagle nest cam".
