Feb Florida Flying?

I depart Saturday morning bound for Orlando for a government conference. That conference will absorb my time from Sunday afternoon 11 Feb when I arrive until mid day Friday Feb 16. However, at that point I plan to move over somewhere close to Quest, and hope for decent flying conditions for 3 or 4 days.
Since I have never been to any of the Florida parks, I am looking forward to seeing the gang and enjoying some good flying. Will anyone else from up here be down there in the 16-21 time frame? If all goes as planned, Steve Wendt will be conducting his scooter tow workshop that weekend.
Also, I've already checked and the Tjaden hostel is booked, so I am going to need alternate arrangements. The Quest bunkhouse sounds fun, but if it is full, can anyone steer me towards or away from specific local hotels close to the park?
