New House

Post by Flying Lobster »

So what does an unemployed artist with no income do in his spare time?

He buys a brand new house in Chattanooga near the base of Lookout Mountain!

I'll have to check CHA's airspace, but I think I could easily land at home after a flight from LMFP.

I thought "artist","unemployed" and "no income" were all synonyms.
Congrats on the house.

You're right--it seems like everyone is somehow much more friendly!

I'm doing fine. The doctor says the rash is highly contagious and that there is presently no known cure. (I thought it was just your's and my secret?).

Congrats, Marc! That looks like a great spot.

Coincidentally, the 'Spark family is also acquiring a new domecile.

We are planning to christen this new abode on January 22.

On a related note, it is very likely that we will have an extra 4-bedroom house thru the snow season (30103 Arena Drive, Evergreen CO), in case anyone wants complimentary lodging within an hour of several good ski areas.

So this won't be entirely off-topic ... I flew Lookout today with the PG .. it was marginally soarable - maybe 15 minutes - but it was warm (48 degrees) and I had a driver : )

... then (OT) headed to Loveland for an afternoon of sliding fast at 12k_ msl with the kidz.

It was a great buy-a-house-then-fly- and-ski day.

I don't have a Nano, but I'd like one. I have a kitesurfing wing ... Peter Lynn Venom 16m. I'm still learning to 'ground handle' it : )
