I was looking to buy one. Does anyone have an idea where to look? I was just looking for a basic one... , Thanks, Shawn.

Kestrel meters are very nice, esp. Models 4000 and 4100, which have many nice features for soaring pilots.

They're not cheap. I found the best prices on eBay.

I have an older model kestrel 1000,same features as the one in the link to kestrel the other pilot provided,their price is 15 bucks less than I paid for mine and free shipping too!
