Central Virginia Club Meeting

We are having our annual meeting this Friday 7:30pm at The hardware store restaurant in Charlottesville. We would like to get some paragliding pilots who fly daniels mt. could come represent the group. Hangglider pilots are also welcome. Let me know if you plan to attend.

Hi,

I checked in w. John to make sure there were no issues. He said there are no site changes but did mention that it was brought to his attention that a P2 (or P2's) had/have been launching with his/her/their observer(s) in the air, not on launch.

I've been thinking who that might be -- just for my curiosity -- and couldn?t think of anyone. I told John that I would remind everyone that going forward, observers and 2?s please make sure you are together on launch when the 2 goes.

Daniel's is one of the best paragliding sites in the area. Although CHGPA doesn't manage the Daniel's relationship, for the second year in a row we have sent a gift basket to the LZ owner since CHGPA members use the site frequently.
