Web-based user question

When I click the reply or new topic buttons, I am returned to the forum index screen. I have to go back to the appropriate place, click the button a 2nd time to bring up a new message box.

Am I doing something wrong?

This happens to me also. My theory is that the server doesn't 'think' I am logged on, until I go through the process of clicking again..

It is kind of frustrating, but I have gotten used to it.

I've noticed similar issues after logging in/out as multiple
different forum users. I think that the cookie-handling gets
confused in that particular case.

These are just glitches, I believe, hopefully rare and easily
worked around....

They're the price you pay for free forum software, like phpBB .
