It's a must see (and free).
It's kinda barebones for graphics, but the XC flying weather is unmatched (as far as I know).
For better graphics and flight simulation, check out MicroFlight. It's a more traditional flight simulator, but it was built as a hang gliding flight simulator. It isn't an airplane simulator that someone built a hang glider for. It's a hang gliding simulator that people have built airplanes for :) The thermalling is quite as good as Flight Club, but it is still quite good.
