Oh... I just noticed that the moderator has changed from Spark to Mark.
Wondering why.

p.s. i just noticed the ratings, too. I'm a fledgling, but Mark is outta-the-nest. Nice. What are the ratings? Or are you going to just keep us in suspense?
And how many posts before you get the next rating? And do posts which you delete count, too? Hmmm... maybe I'll post 50 now and delete them all. That should get me the next rating, if deleted posts count.
p.p.s. assuming the rating is based on the visible postings count: You add a posting and it shows up in your post count. You delete the posting and your post count goes down again. What would happen if Mark deleted all or at least half of his posts? Would he get booted down to fledgling again?

Hi Ellis,

Spark wasn't thrilled to be the moderator for several reasons.
So I've stepped in, after making sure that my flame-proof suit
is in good working order

I don't expect to do much more than move off-topic posts
to more appropriate forums. And of course, anyone who'd like
to volunteer for this job who's a PG pilot is more than welcome
to take over for me! Hint, hint!

About the 'rankings' : It's just a silly forum thing, number of posts
translates to a description (fledgling to skygod/dess) . Can't remember
what thresholds I picked. I may get rid of it altogether, haven't decided....
