Alas, I have family obligations for Memorial Day weekend (Mom to the airport - 90 years old and still traveling! - and Sallie off to Nairobi for two weeks). But assuming I get the necessary instruction on the training hill at Lookout after the initial aerotow tandem clinic at Currituck Airport, I will be traveling to Hyner often to gain experience. Just talked to Dan Tomlinson who mentioned Zirk's as a little-used but valid alternative. Karen, Carlos, and Ellis are also volunteers (each with a nice mass), either for aerotow or foot-launch or both.

What's up with sneaking into town with no announcement and then sneaking back out?!
