New DHV OLC

I have been having a number of problems scoring my flights on the HOLC website (the one under consideration for scoring the region 9 regionals) and just recently the DHV OLC became active. The DHV was formerly a primary sponsor of the HOLC site before "breaking away" to do its own thing.

I loaded my preliminary flights to the DHV site and it appears to be more robust and reliable, registration was much easier and so was the upload of flights. What's really neat is that the flight stats are loaded into animated graphics as well as optimized scoring.
