Free Glider

Post by hang_pilot »

CHGPA owns a Mark IV 19 glider that John Middleton has been kind enough to store. John's garage is overflowing with wings and so we need to find a home for the 19. At this point this glider is up for grabs with the understanding that you'll make it availabe in the event a visiting pilot is looking for a wing.

Please let me know if you're interested in the wing.

a person for the glider

Post by Dan T »

I know a person who would be a good candidate for that glider. He is a pilot who got out of the sport several years ago becaus he injured his foot after stepping in a hole in the bridge field. He's the person who made the High Rock sign for us. Would you all mind giving him first shot at it?

Bringing a pilot back into the sport sounds like a perfect use for a donated glider. If that doesn't work out, Mike Lee has offered to store the wing.
