Saturday is looking blown out. But it should be good forthe kite festival, once the morning rain ends. Please come on down and help out if you can. We'll be somewhere on the mall between 14th and 10th streets NW on the East side of the Washington Monument. The festival runs from 10-4. For more info, see--
