pilot new to area - hang glider storage options?

Post by jeffabra »

Sorry to make my first post a bit off topic. I'm a H3 moving to DC at the start of February from the San Francisco Bay area. Unfortunately, the new place we're moving (near the Takoma Metro station) doesn't have a good storage spot for my glider (a WW Spectrum). I'd really appreciate any advice on how to find a place to store it. Please contact me at jeffabra at rocketmail [dot] com

I look forward to meeting you all and flying together soon. Thanks in advance.

peace,

Jeff

You are welcome to store your glider in my garage but you'll have to drive to Brookeville, MD 20833 to get it. :-)

Thanks everyone, for the replies.

Dave O, if I could store in your garage until I can figure it all out, that would be great. Thank you. I'm moving to Takoma Park, doesn't look too terribly far to Brookeville. How can I connect with you?

peace,

Jeff

I'm leaving an empty space in Hugh's garage when I leave. He might have other plans for that space so I can't speak for him, but it's only about a 15 minute drive from takoma park.

Yeah, you can probably have the space Brian vacated. You gotta kiss my wife's hand first. - Hugh 703 681-5426 work
