Alas, I'm going to Ridgely - gotta pick up a vario/airspeed sensor rig for the trike. Hoping to fly, though... - Hugh

Me, I think I'll fly Hyner all day sunday, then cloud dive monday and then fly the Pulpit in the late afternoon on the way back home.

(sitting in the Eagle's nest listening to the band rock 'n roll along).

L&V
Overcast
It's supposed to break up as the morning progresses.

Blip says 400fpm/23shear to 2500... weak and low at best. I expect we'll be flying all day, just not sticking.

Cheers

Anyone up for the Pulpit? W@5-10 forecasts usually
equate to ridge soarable up there, and I've seen
forecasts saying 60% clouds, so at least a bit of sun...
What do you say?

I could be up for it if we got enough interest to assure that everyone flies. We need to decide quickly, it's nearly 10:00 AM already.

Gary S, John M, Dan, and I are all headed for the Pulpit.
Gary's going to try to convince Joe S to give it a go, and
I'll make a few more calls.

Bit of a gamble... But hey, we're in the middle of a holiday
weekend! Come on up, it'll be fun!
