Directions to Chile

Post by tomceunen »

5 years in a row now I spend part of the winter in Chile.
High pressure makes life niceb here.
Had two flights already, both XC with new stuff I did never before. Possibillities are endless here.
Sorry guys but nothing compared with VA-PA at the moment.
Will get some news in the Skyline but at request some info here.
No photos as my ftp does not work? But trust me it looks nice.
Cheers
Tom

Sounds good, Tom! Keep us posted about your flights! Wish I could join you for the warm weather, great XC flights and strong thermals.

Cheers,

LIMCHE,CHILE
The house with the biggest lawn and pool is the family house. At the left it are all advocado trees. Couple of minutes later the whole family was in the garden waving at me.

In the center there is a great flying place. I took this foto during an evening flight

The mountains opposite of the city are too good to be true! Foto taken from the central flying place in the city.

Nice little site I visit when I go visit the beach, soaring with the seagulls.

Flying from on site in the city to another one. Landing at 9PM. Dramatic view on the 'city' mountains.

Post by tomceunen »

Today I flew with two condors, bad flyers anyway
One choked into my glider, see the photo how he hits off in a rush up
