ultralight
The shadow shows a tail,my best guess is a Weedhopper ultralight which has minimal flight controls,all control surfaces are on the tail with that brand. Rich B.

without warning. Experienced ultralite flyers tell you it's a matter
of when, not if, the motor will quit in flight, so maintain a safe
altitude and constantly keep looking for bailout fields. Four
strokes are more reliable, plus they will often "talk" to you before
quitting. Also, many ultralites are really draggy and have higher
wing loading than a glider, so they don't glide far... - Hugh
