I had my doctor's visit today and he gave me a clean bill of health!He said that everything looks better than expected.I was told 6 months till I could resume sports activities, but it has been less than 3 months. The Surgeon said that I can start training. Slow at first, and listen to my body. If it hurts , STOP! I asked him 3 times if it was ok. He said YES, 3 times. I am thankful..................... I hope to have fun!
